Electrolysis hair removal consultations

Based on our experience, we always recommend starting the course of treatments with a consultation. During this visit, you will gain a full understanding of the process that guarantees permanent hair removal without the need for maintenance procedures in the future.

The specialist will conduct an allergy test for electrical currents and metals and perform a trial 15-minute procedure on one or several areas. This will allow you to assess your sensations during the procedure, while the specialist will check the skin’s reaction.

We will also evaluate the area, density, and structure of the hair and inform you how much time will be needed to remove hair from the entire zone in your individual case. Based on this information, a preliminary treatment plan will be created that considers all your needs and expectations. You will receive answers to all your questions. If necessary, the procedure can be divided into several sessions for your convenience.

If you have any additional questions before the consultation, please do not hesitate to contact us — we will be happy to answer them.

Time — 30 minutes
Cost — 100 PLN

Prices

The cost of the procedure depends on the time required to perform it, which in turn is determined by the area, density, and structure of the hair. At the beginning of the course, the first few sessions will be the longest, as they involve the initial removal of all hair. Over time, the amount of hair in the treated area will decrease, meaning that less time will be needed for its removal.

The number of required procedures is selected individually, so providing any average values would be incorrect and could be misleading. During a single session, at your request, the specialist can remove hair from different areas. We recommend starting the course with the area that concerns you the most and then moving on to other areas.

Electroepilation reviews

Najczęściej zadawane pytania o elektroepilacji

  • What is electrolysis?
During electroepilation, a thin probe is inserted into the hair canal. So the first step is always careful disinfection and the use of sterile disposable probes. The insertion into the hair pore is invisible to most clients. The electrologist delivers a pulse of current precisely to the root of the hair. A distinction is made between electrolysis, thermolysis and the blending method. For the client, there is no difference between the three methods either visually or tactilely. Which method is best for you depends on the structure of the hair and the area to be treated. After the pulse, the hair can be removed without resistance with tweezers.
  • What you need to know before undergoing electroepilation.
Do not tan or visit a tanning bed for at least two weeks before the procedure. Avoid using any cosmetic products containing alpha- or beta-hydroxy acids, retinol or benzoic acid for two weeks before the procedure. Avoid using harsh skin cleansers such as scrubs and exfoliation for two days before the procedure. Do not use deodorants or antiperspirants on the day of the procedure. Avoid coffee, alcohol and smoking 24 hours before the procedure. Moisturizing the skin is also an important aspect of skin care before an electroepilation treatment. Moisturizing the skin will help reduce skin sensitivity, improve skin texture and prevent irritation during the procedure. A light moisturizing cream or lotion can be used to moisturize the skin. It is also recommended to drink enough water to keep the skin hydrated from within. For best results, the length of the hair before the electroepilation treatment should be at least 2-3 mm. This will allow the tweezers to better grip the hair and make the treatment more effective. If the hair is too short, the tweezers will not be able to grasp it, and if it is too long, the treatment may be more painful and time-consuming. If the hair is too long, it can be trimmed to the desired length before the procedure.
  • How do I make an appointment for an electrolysis treatment online?
To make an appointment online, select the length of the treatment and click the "make an appointment" button. Then select a convenient date and time on the calendar, enter your contact information and the area of hair removal. If this is your first visit, you will need to fill out a client questionnaire. After your appointment, a note will be sent to your email to help you prepare for the procedure. If you have any questions, you can contact me any way you like
  • Jak wygląda pierwsza wizyta?
Pierwsza wizyta to konsultacja połączona z zabiegiem, podczas której zostanie przeprowadzony wstępny wywiad. Cała konsultacja wraz z zabiegiem trwa 30 minut.
  • How many times does the treatment need to be performed to achieve the result and is it necessary to repeat the treatment after some time to maintain the effect?
The amount of treatments is very individual. It depends on the hair removal method used, genetics and hormones. On average, from 5 to 16 treatments. No maintenance treatments are needed after the electroepilation course. Hair will not grow back
  • Electrolysis hair removal price
It's not possible to give an overall cost as it depends on your individual situation which can be completely different for everyone. However, during the first consultation, you will receive an approximate cost...
  • How long does electrolysis take?
Everyone is different, some have thick hair and some have sparse hair, and the time it takes to remove hair in the same area is difficult to predict from person to person. However, with each session there will be less hair in the treated area, which means that for subsequent treatments, the time will be reduced along with the price of the session. For example, the underarm area takes 1.5 to 3.5 hours.
  • Light hair epilation
With electroepilation, hair color does not matter. All hair, regardless of color, can be permanently removed. Can curly, gray or fine blonde fluffy hair be removed? Yes, electroepilation can remove all hair, regardless of texture or color.
  • Does epilation hurt?
Since people's perception of pain varies widely, it is impossible to give a definite answer to this question. Electroepilation is not a relaxing procedure, but it can be tolerated. We will get to know your sensitivity together during the consultation. Drinking coffee shortly before the procedure increases sensitivity to pain, so avoid coffee shortly before the procedure. If you are hypersensitive to pain, you have the option of applying an anesthetic cream on your own about 1 hour before the procedure. I work with state-of-the-art technology that has long since ceased to be as painful as once claimed. I make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you.
  • Is electrolysis safe?
Electrolysis allows for permanent hair removal through the use of electricity, and thanks to its effectiveness and safety, it has been approved by the American Institute of Health (FDA) and the German Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians
  • Laser epilation or electrolysis?
Electroepilation can be used on all areas, regardless of skin pigmentation, hair color or the presence of tattoos. As a result, the hair no longer grows back. The treated area is permanently hairless. Laser treatments are often advertised as "permanent hair removal," but permanent doesn't mean permanent, according to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). control and registration of drugs and medical devices used in medicine.
  • Hair removal and tattoo
Yes, hair can be removed on a tattoo. Electroepilation is not performed in the same layer of skin as the tattoo ink. However, there may be an accelerated decay of color than normal due to the increased healing processes of the skin after electroepilation.
  • Are there risks and side effects associated with electroepilation?
If the procedure is carried out carefully, side effects are negligible. Redness and swelling may occur on the treated areas, which usually disappear after some time.
