Why doesn't electroepilation work?

You may have noticed from the example of the hair on your head that it falls out in a small amount every day. This is due to the phases of hair growth. This is illustrated in the picture.
Humans are naturally given an impressive supply of follicles, many of which are dormant, with about 85% of hair in the active growth phase (anagen), 1% in the resting phase (catagen) and 14% in the hair loss phase (telogen).
During an electroepilation session, we remove all visible hairs from the treatment area.
But we do not know how many of them were at what stage, and therefore we cannot predict the exact number of hairs that are gone forever.
The maximum volume of hair grows by about 5-6 sessions, some by 9-10. But this does not mean that the procedure is useless. It is just that the sleeping follicles have woken up and the visible effect is gone. Having removed and these (new) hairs, - having finished a full course of electroepilation, no hairs will grow back never again.
