Job Vacancy: Electrolysis Specialist

We are continuing to grow and expand our team to meet the increasing demand for our services. Our salon is currently looking for another specialist to help us maintain a high level of service. Even if you have no experience, we are ready to train you from scratch and provide full support at every stage of your professional journey.

What We Offer:

Comprehensive Training: We carefully select candidates who have passed the interview and meet our criteria. Training starts with the theoretical part, where you will have access to video courses and materials for self-study. Upon completion of the theoretical course, you will take an exam, and only after successfully passing it will you proceed to practical training. If the exam is not passed on the first attempt, there is an opportunity for a retake.
Practical Training: Practical training includes a minimum of 80 hours of work under the guidance of experienced mentors. Typically, training is completed within a month, but if necessary, we can provide an additional 14 days of practice on models.
Two-Year Contract: We offer an initial two-year contract, which provides stability and confidence for the future. If you need assistance with document preparation and employment legalization, we will provide all the necessary support.

Working Conditions:

Flexible Schedule: We offer two work schedule options: a cyclical schedule and a 2-on-2 schedule. This allows you to effectively balance work and personal life.
Competitive Pay: The starting rate is 40 zł per hour (gross). After working 175 hours per month, your rate will increase to 50 zł per hour. Further increases are possible, depending on your professional development and work results.
Initial Contract: At the start, we offer a contract of umowa zlecenie, which gives you flexibility and the opportunity to adapt to the job. In the future, it is possible to transition to an umowa o pracę.
